And now, we’re looking to bring a go-getter Business Development Associate to our team to take our client partnerships to the next level.

Your Role: As a Business Development Associate, your mission is to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into long-term business opportunities for the agency. You'll be at the front lines of our client acquisition engine—communicating the value we bring, building lasting relationships, and driving agency growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Identify new business opportunities across digital channels
• Conduct targeted outreach via cold calling, LinkedIn & Instagram DMs
• Generate qualified leads through Fiverr, Upwork, and internal campaigns
• Schedule & support discovery calls, pitches, and follow-ups
• Work closely with the creative and marketing team to align sales goals with campaign capabilities
• Understand client requirements and pitch the right service stack (SEO, Paid Media, Branding, Content, etc.)
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly lead conversion targets

What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in sales/business development in a digital marketing agency (mandatory). Strong communication, lead gen skills, knowledge of Fiverr/Upwork, and a passion to grow.
